Solar recipe: Moroccan-style zucchini
A new recipe made with the SunGood XL tubular solar cooker proposed by our Solar Brother Michel. His passion for gastronomy began at a very young age, and was confirmed professionally twenty years ago as a restaurateur in Mexico City, then as a publisher and culinary author, as well as a trainer of cookery teachers in Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru and Ecuador. The release of his French-language book ” Faut bien mourir de quelque chose “, published by Mosaïque Santé, brings together ten years’ experience in anti-cancer and anti-diabetes cooking. Michel has embarked on an exciting new adventure in ecotourism. His Ecosuites Glamping ts’akin (its name in Mayan) project in Mexico’s Yucatan region will offer energy-sufficient gastronomy, based around a wood-fired oven, wood-burning stoves and solar ovens. Find all of Michel’s recipes on his Instagram page gastronomia.rustica.
