Solar recipe: wheat with onions

Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat
- 3 large onions
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 bay leaves sauce
- 1 knob butter (or more, for those with a sweet tooth!)
- 75 cl water
Preparing wheat with onions
- First, cook the chopped onions with the stock, water, butter and bay leaf in a black pot until the onions have melted.
- Then pour in the wheat, or cereal of your choice, and leave to swell in a warm place until it has absorbed the fragrant juice. Twenty minutes should be more than enough.
- Serve piping hot with grated Parmesan.
